Belize Birds
Belize has a varried terrain from the Carribean, to lowland jungles and waterways, to mountain terrain. This means it has a varried bird population. In spite the very small size of the country there has been 600 plus bird species seen. We were lucky enough to see over 180 of these of which 55 were new to us. Below are some of the birds we captured images of plus see the bird list for some not shown.
